LCC Auditores e Consultores is registered in the Regional Council of Accounting of the State of São Paulo (CRCSP), in the Federal Accounting Council (CFC), in the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and in the Brazilian Institute of Independent Auditors (IBRACON). We are also registered in the Independent Auditors National Registry – Legal entities (CNAI – PJ), a difference in the audit and consulting markets.
We are able to perform audits in open capital listed companies (CVM) or equivalent companies, and those regulated by the Brazilian Central Bank (BACEN), by the National Agency of Additional Health (ANS), by the National Superintendency of Complementary Social Security (PREVIC), by the Private Insurance Superintendency (SUSEP), by the Mobility and Logistic Program of Federal Government (Rota 2030), among other regulating agencies.
We are also certified by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance – IBGC, by means of the Board Members Competencies Development Program to work in Boards of Family Companies and by Global Reporting Initiative – GRI to issue sustainability reports according to the international standard.
